Calibration

Imperial Metrology, Inc. is a full service ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Accredited calibration laboratory.

We offer the following calibration services:

Inspection

We offer Accredited 2D/3D inspection services, utilizing 2 B & S CMMs. We have one of the largest CMM's in the southeast and can measure the largest of parts up to X10' x Z10' x Y26'. Our lead applications engineer has more than 20 years experience in GD&T, CMM programming and training. We service most industries from general machine shops, power generation, automotive and aerospace.

Repair

Imperial Metrology, Inc. also offers our customers a complete line of repair services for hand gages such as:

• Micrometers
• Calipers
• Indicators
• Height Gages
• Snap gage and much more!

We will evaluate your gage and give you a repair quote in writing and gain your approval before proceeding with the repair.

Our goal is one not commonly encouraged by other businesses. We want to see your facility operate smoothly and efficiently.
